Episode 6 of 'The Black Ballot' examines the challenges Black communities faced under President Richard Nixon's "Law and Order" policies of the 1970s.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson recently called for President Obama to issue a blanket pardon to Hillary Clinton before he leaves office. He said issuing the pardon could also help to heal the nation.

The so-called "War On Drugs" has largely been seen by critics as a draconian tactic that has negatively impacted communities of color, contributing to urban blight and wiping out a whole generation of young Black men who were locked behind bars for nonviolent crimes.
