Panthers QB Cam Newton Does Not Get Fined

Rumors have it that Cam Newton gets fined every time he gives the football to a kid in the stands after a touchdown.  Cam calls it his “Sunday Giveaway” program.

Well that rumor is simply not true….  And it would be so WRONG on all sides if it were.

According to the league a player is only fined if he throws the ball up in the stands thus allowing for anyone to fight over it and possible cause harm to one another.
