Are Kids Getting Too Much Homework? Find Out About The 10 Minute Rule.

The American Journal of Family Therapy says students in early elementary school years are getting more homework than recommended.
The National Education Association recommends: “The 10 minute Rule”… 10 minutes per grade level. First graders should have no more than 10 mins of homework a night and High Schools Sr.’s can have as much as 120 minutes per night.
NEA recommends no homework for Kindergartners.
