Unarmed Black Man Shot And Killed By S.C. Police Officer

A witness provided the video that shows a white S.C. police officer firing 8 shots toward a unarmed fleeing black man during a traffic stop.

Some are saying this incident just mirrors what’s been happening in South Carolina and especially in that area.

This incident follows a series of deaths with unarmed black men killed by law enforcement.
