Dr. LeRoy Walker Funeral Services Today

Last night a memorial was held for the legendary track coach and chancellor Dr. LeRoy Walker at NCCU in Durham, where hundreds attended.  Dr. Walker passed away a week ago at the age of 93. 

Dr. Walker’s funeral is scheduled for today (Tuesday May 1st) at 11am at Duke University Chapel.

Walker was the first black person to head the U.S. Olympic Committee.
