Fantasia Barrino Is Having A Baby – Should She Be Allowed To Play The Role Of Gospel Legend Mahalia Jackson?

Fantasia revealed that she’s have a boy and that she’s due December 29th.  She also set to play Mahalia Jackson in an upcoming biopic, and Jackson’s family is upset.  Should they be?

Family members of the late gospel singer Mahalia Jackson, are upset with Barrino because she is allegedly pregnant out of wedlock and with a married man’s baby.

Producers or rather someone for the camp of the biopic had to apologize for stating that Fantasia has “the wrong image” to play the gospel icon because she’s “having a child out of wedlock.”
